Johnny was someone who inspired everyone he met. He went through more than most of us can imagine. Over the years, Johnny lost many of his close family members. Then, he faced serious health problems, including the need for a new kidney. On top of that, Johnny did not have health insurance to help cover the high cost of care.
But here’s what made Johnny special — he never gave up.
Even while facing all these hard times, Johnny worked hard to improve his life. He went back to school and earned advanced degrees. He believed in the power of learning, and he pushed himself forward even when life felt impossible.
